Come play with us in the Smokey Hill Canyons for the weekend. I know it's Kansas, but come see for yourself. We have places to play from "mild to wild", come give us a try. Directions:
From Shields, Ks. go 5 miles east on Hwy 4 to Cathouse Recreation Area sign. Turn north and go 3 miles, Cathouse Recreation Area will be on left hand side of road. Then just follow the signs. There is a store on site to buy food & drinks. They also serve hot meals Throughout the weekend. There is No Gas at this store, closest gas station is in Dighton Ks. 18 miles away.
Everyone must sign a waiver of liability form when checking in at the event.
There is primitive camping on site, port-a-johns are available.
